With the learnerships run by PMI, there has been noticeable commentary on the shop floor regarding improvements and the quality of work provided by these learners. Once the learners complete the PMI learnerships, they come to our workshops, and our trainers do workplace assessments. Compared to people who have not done the PMI learnerships, the quality of students is excellent.
