General FAQs
It is really important to choose the course and training methodology that is ‘a good fit’ for you, so we suggest you:
- Research the programme(s) on offer;
- Consider the programme format;
- Consider the investment required; and
- Take advice, or look for recommendations by others that have completed similar programmes.
PMI supports clients with the implementation of their B-BBEE strategy specific to the Skills Development elements of the scorecard. Our qualifications and short courses allow us to support organisations from Category A to Category F. Talk to us about how you can earn maximum skills development points when you spend 6% of your annual payroll on training your staff.
The requirements are dependent on the qualification you are applying for but before applying to enrol on a Learnership you should:
- Check that you meet to entry level requirements for the qualification, they can be found in the SAQA qualification document
- Ensure that you can provide a SA identity document, matric certificate or other high school certificate, proof of disability if you have one, and a detailed curriculum vitae.
All applicants must have at least Grade 12 or an NQF 4 equivalent. The completed application form must be accompanied by:
- A detailed curriculum vitae.
- A certified copy of the ID document
- Certified copies of current qualifications
Your application will be vetted by the PMI academic team and you will receive a letter of acceptance. Should you application not qualify for the qualification applied for, PMI will contact you to advise on alternatives.
