A standout for me about the PMI staff is the efficiency and quality of the service delivery, as well as the customer satisfaction and feedback from the learners and line management. Learners who participate in the PMI programmes can effectively apply what they have learnt in the workplace. There has been a huge improvement with the learnerships provided by PMI.
