Albert Willie O’Reilly, an HRM Practitioner with 22 years of experience, has served in a range of middle and senior roles, covering the complete spectrum of Human Resource Management within large corporations. He also worked as an HRM/IR Consultant/Lecturer for 7 years, operating independently and providing these services to several small to medium-sized clients, while also lecturing part-time at various public and private higher education institutions. For 14 years, he held the position of Academic Manager, initially starting as a part-time lecturer at PMI before being appointed as Regional Academic Manager.
