Contact Centre and BPO Simulation Centre

PMI boasts state of the art contact centre simulation centres that combine cutting edge technology with telephone systems to complement theoretical contact centre training. Our simulation centres are established in Woodmead, Gauteng and Bellville in the Western Cape but are portable. This facility allows us to ‘simulate’ the role of a contact centre agent allowing the learner to practice their newly taught skills.
